IWF has presented total wellness education and techniques to the members of the Maryland Dietetic Association at their Annual Meeting.
The Mindfulness Center, in Bethesda, MD, is an overall wellness center providing Meditation, Yoga, Massage, Acupuncture, Tai Chi, Aerobics, Nia Dance, and other Mind-Body programs to bring mindfulness to all dimensions of life. The Center offers an array of Classes and Services that promote meditative awareness, stress reduction and optimal well-being for both adults and children.

MINT has been a dedicated a partner to IWF since day one by hosting our All Star Celebration where our students get to work out at MINT, get a healthy lunch and award.

IWF is an official Advocate of the President’s Council on Physical Fitness, Sports, and Nutrition and integrates their President’s Lifestyle Award Program (PALA) within its curriculum.

Trigger Point Performance is a life-enhancing company that incorporates self-massage tools and Myofascial Compression Techniques (MCT) to advocate regular muscle maintenance to relieve pain and stress on the body associated with trigger points, overuse injuries, repetitive movement, and muscle soreness. In conjunction with Infinity Wellness, the application of the GRID™ Revolutionary Foam Roller with SMRT-KIDS programming, we are taking a cutting-edge approach to getting kids active and engaged in fun physical activity!
