Lance with Three Kids

Trainers

Tanya Colucci, IWF Founder

“I was shocked to hear what these kids have to endure day in and day out. Tears ran down my face as I walked out of the school that day convinced that I had to do something.”

Lance Breger, IWF President

“As an IWF Trainer I laugh, sweat, inspire, motivate, and educate. It’s funny how our students are the ones working out and learning, but our trainers also leave each class charged up!”

“I absolutely loved my experience with IWF. Thank you so much for allowing me to be a part of this program. I’ve learned so much about myself as a leader and a lot about working with kids and getting them motivated to become more physically active. IWF should be proud of the WELLKIDS program!”

Meredith McCullough, IWF Yoga Instructor

“I have found that everywhere IWF goes, the students are excited, responsive and eager to jump right in. Regardless of their age, the students’ enthusiasm, creativity and openness to try new things has been truly inspiring.”
